I've deep conditioned my hair 3 times And each time even after rinsing, when I put on my products it stings! Is this normal? Do I have it too hot? Am I frying my scalp? I have the hot pink Hard Bonnet Dryer by Ion, and I use it on High for 20 minutes with plastic cap on.

I had that dryer before and that sucka gets hot!! But I usually deep condition on the medium or high setting. It just depends.

I had that dryer before, too. Uh, in the MONTH or so that it lasted I never did anything higher than medium... But then I had a "low threshold for hair heat..." Now I don't deep condition with anything that isn't blazin!! Buuuuttt, if your scalp is outta control like that, I'd back down and just spend more time under the dryer at a lower setting!
