1) cost LITTLE or NO $$$$$$ (but nevertheless knocked off your feet):sleeptogether::woohoo::urock:

2) cost$$$ a lot more... (but was the most thoughtful, most selfless-- romantic thing that has ever happened to you)

I am not sure it knocked me off my feet, but I was happy and enjoyed every minute- love when DH do simple things like go to the city/central park walk and get ice cream on a nice beautiful day.

He makes me breakfast in bed. My DH is big on cooking so I am lucky in that aspect. Sometimes he will throw some fish on the grill with corn on the cob and we will just chill in our yard.

Something we did recently while in Del (for a friends party) was drive out to Longwood gardens and it was beautiful, we just walked and looked at all the beautiful flowers and greenery got some lemonade and just enjoyed the day out.

I think there are a number of things you can do that do not cost a lot, but I think the problem comes in when a man is just cheap lol. It is different to just do those things because you want to and you can switch up and do an expensive date like see a play and vaca. However, with that said its nice when a man is open and creative when it comes to dating. Why not go to a museum instead of a movie, or a picnic instead of going out to eat. DH and I would picnic all the time when we still lived in BK....

I had just been accepted into my first post-grad position and was extremely nervous. My boyfriend gave me a piece of paper (about the size of a post it) that said To: You(my name), From: Me (his name). There was a picture of a little heart titled "my heart" and an arrow pointing to it. He put it in my purse and told me to remember I had it if I got flustered.

There are too many expensive gifts to count...and as for least romantic-one of my former boyfriends was emo and sang Korn to me while crying. That only lasted a few months.
