\"Spiking\" Relaxers/Conditioning *While* U Process
Hello Everyone,
I just can't believe all of the
wonderful & truly helpful
advice and support I have come
across at this forum ALREADY!
My thanks!
Ok, I swear I read somewhere on here
about someone "spiking" there
relaxer with protein or oils...
The idea sounds so good, but is
it really POSSIBLE?? And if so,
how should that be done without
ruining the relaxer's effectiveness?
*Just* before application by stirring
it inside the product?
Or should a lite oil or something be applied
directly to the hair before application..?
I'm really scared to perm again at the
moment since I got what I suspect as
lye-related damage during my last touch-up...
BUT if I ever feel ready to
Relax once again, I think "spiking"
or conditioning *during* the
process would be a safer way 2 go.
I'd just like to know how!
PLEASE advise... All input is
so gratefully appreciated!
