I thought baking soda could be used to clarify cones, I may be wrong though. I'm not sure. When I felt like my hair needed some sulfates to get rid of cones I use EQP poo for relaxed hair, it's pretty gentle. It has sodium myreth sulfate.
cocamidopropyl betaine and cocobetaine
Most sulfate free shampoos (organix, david babaii...) contain one or both of these. hth
There is something else that removes most cones. Cocamidopropyl betaine cocobetaine
