Someone Please Explain The Baggie Method To Me!

I keep reading post about the baggie method and don't really have a clue as to how it will work, because some say they put it on their ponytails and buns. Well I have a Twa and want to know how would that work! I am sure it is a simple process

if you have a twa, you would put whatever moisturizer, oil, leave-in conditioner, etc. and put a bag over your hair. If you wear wigs, scarves or hats, then you would put it on over the bag. In the case of a ponytail, people moisturize the ponytail and place the bag over the bun and cover the bun with a phony pony or if they chose not to they just wear the bag by itself. I have braids and just put a shower cap on at night under my scarf as my baggie method. HTH.
