Hi and welcome, Alicialynn. 
The Baggie Method is a way of protecting the ends of your hair by putting your hair in a ponytail, coating your ends with oils/moisturizers and covering with a baggie or saran wrap. You can then put a phony pony over the baggie to cover it up. It helps keep the ends moisturized and prevents split ends. Here is a thread of definitions.
