Some shedding perspective...

This is not to minimize any shedding issues that someone may be going through right now, but I was just perusing this web site and came across this image of the amount of hair shed naturally by someone over the period of a year! Whoa! I guess I won't be freaking out over a few extra strands here and there, especially if one can lose THAT much and still have a healthy head of hair. Yes, seeing it like that puts all our worrying into perspective......if i collected mine i could stuff a pillowcase. :lol:

Now, I don't know if he meant longer hair causes less shedding, or less shedding causes longer hair, but supposedly he did "studies" so I'll take his word for it. If you are losing more than 87 hairs a day you might have a problem, but 10 hairs a day is no biggie:)
