Soften Marley Hair.

Hi all, I tried doing a search but nothing came up. I bought Model Model mojito twist braid weaving hair to make clip-ins but the hair is mad rough! I only bought it because reviews stated it's softer than Freetress Equal marley.

What's the best way to soften this hair?

Maybe you have to 'deep condition' the hair first? And I know I've seen YT videos of women placing fabric softener in water for their wigs.

Only thing that helps soften the hair a little bit for me is to dip it in hot water to set the hair.
