So who are the hair care/vitamin regimen gurus

I tried reading the hair lady and Cathy house thread but the arguements confused me. Who all has sites and tips for growing long hair. SOmeone mentioned Barry Fletcher also.

Same w/ vitamins, some are following the Bargello regimen and etc. Are there any other type of regimens out there.

as for vitamins, i did my own research in addition to getting recommendations from this board and others. i don't know of any other regimens specifically for hair besides Bargello.
