So..Nexxus has sold out.

Nexxus was purchased by Alberto-Culver (the people who own Sallys) and will be mass marketed next year. This could be why everyone has them on sale for such cheap prices.

This makes me sad, and if anything changes..I'll be pissed..

I don't want to have to search for a new line now.

I thought they were on sale because of the Drug stores like, walgreens, riteaid, CVS, etc.. were selling them know, at least that's what the salon salers have been telling me, hmmmmmmmm I hope the product don't change neither, it shouldn't since Sally's have a great nock-off of it I here about. If it does I will have to try the whole NTM line.

I'm mad because NEXXUS was going to be my main line of haircare since their haircare line covered almost everything. Well-- Looks like Neutrogena Triple Moisture will be my main line and KENRA will be the alternate. I knew something wasn't right. Off to Trade Secret---again---for KENRA stock up !

I went into a salon 2 days ago looking for Nexxus in the liter sizes (you know where the have 2 for whatever dollar amount) and the stylist told me that Nexxus is not going to be sold in any salons anymore because they went public. He said soon you will be able to buy the product at Walmart. I seen it is CVS but I also seen Joico, Paul Mitchell, Rusk, BioSilk, etc. As a matter of fact I bought Joico products yesterday for Publix (grocery store). These products are still sold in salons, aren't they? Anyway that's my little bit of info. Do you think the formula will change because Nexxus is a good product? I really liked it when I was using it.

Devastating...I had plans of transitioning to natural/organic/paraben free products, but I wanted to have Nexxus to fall back on while I was experimenting. I'm gonna have to stock up!

Most likely the formulation will change. You know a part of the reason Nexxus is pricey is because of the high quality ingredients (besides the name) they put into the products. You don't find too many products with L-cysteine, lysine, DNA, RNA, avocado oil, safflower oil, etc as ingredients. I have plenty of Humectress to last another 4-6 months cuz I alternate products, and enough shampoo.

I agree...they're going to change the original formula...this isn't right...I love keraphix...now I'm gonna have to restock.

CVS and Walgreens have been selling nexxus products for a loooooong time. That is not new. Why is everyone freaking out? Do you really believe that if they change the formulations it is going to happen tonight? Yall are stressing overly stressing out over this. Just think if they change formualations all of their products would people still buy them? I hardly think so. They are not in business to lose money.
