I splurged at a place I never even heard of until today. GFS (Gordon's Food Stores). It's like a price club but you don't pay a membership fee. I got gallons and gallons of OJ, fruit punch and iced tea. I'm hooked!

You're not alone. I just ordered a bunch of vitamins and a bottle of Mega-Tek all of which I couldn't afford. Also, I made out a list of hair supplies and add'l supplements to order when I get paid next week. Oh, and I forgot, I've got to get some hair for re-braiding in a couple of weeks. mslizza yes, soon you will let go of that "OMG" threshold. I remember my first OMG threshold - shoes, and now I just kinda go with it. Keep a tight budget and include your discretionary spending within that budget. You'll find yourself rotating seasonally. This is normal.

I did buy two AveYou Groupons and I'm saving the other one until the fall or so. On my the first one I spurged on some Curl Junkie and Donna Marie.

I don't even remember my last splurge, it's been so long...maybe Hairveda like 5 or 6 months ago? I haven't been purchasing anything beauty-related due to a strict budge, but I have so much that I can go shopping in my own stuff.

It actually feels good to see my slash slowly dwindling down.
