i really dont have a reggie i just do what my hair tells me lol

but i make sure to moisturize/seal daily
co wash 1-2x a week
finger detangle about every 2-3 weeks
shampoo whenever hair feels dirty
henna about 1x a month
i protective style with half wigs about 80% of the time with my hair in plaits underneath

products i use are:

black soap-shampoo
cone free conditioner (suave)-co washing
tressemme moisture rich-used for detangling in shower but i dont do that anymore
water spritz mixed with oils/rosewater/or aloe juice-moisturize
olive/coconut/castor oil
shea butter
henna
