I have taken items back w/ a receipt. Im not sure of their rule on timeframe from purchase date. Not sure if you have a receipt or not, but if you don't I would take it or call them and ask.
I don't know their return policy, but I do know that I'll never get my hair done there again!! I got it done once there and hated it. Maybe it was just that particular stylist that didn't know what she was doing, but nonetheless I won't be going back to one ever again (if I can help it). But I'm pretty sure if you have your receipt, you can return you product, or if you don't have one, maybe they'll issue you a credit or something.
