Is there a difference in the way that they look & which lasts longer?

I never heard of Sister Twist, how they look?

Only heard of Sister Locks and they are permanent!

I do my two-strand twists similarly to the sister twists but I don't twist my "subsections" in opposite directions but the same direction, then I wrap them in the direction opposite to the one I just twirled them. So I would say 2-strand twist done my way hold better. You would have to do it this way to realize how well the two strands just seem to wrap around each other without effort in a longlasting loving embrace.

I always figured that's how you guys were twisting your hair that's how I do mine. Hmmm interesting.

Never heard of sister twists until now. I just do regular two strands. Because of the extra twist they probably present well, but otoh if you have lock prone hair and don't want locks then be careful.

^^^ I agree... I had to switch from 'sister twists' (didn't know that was what it was called) to two-strand twists because of this. My twists just wanted to fuse together and it was a nightmare to detangle.

Regular twists work well on my hair and give me more definition when doing a twistout.

Hmm I've never tried this. They look the same to me but they seem like they would be hard to take out.
