Has anyone ever used this product? Is it a regular deep conditioner or used as a protein treatment? How were the results?

I've used it. It was okay, I would use it for c0-washes rather than use it for deep treatments. It was good but very light on my thick type 4a hair. Overall the product was okay but I've had better luck with other products...It may work well for you we all have different body pHs but I won't be buying this one again.
