It's a Dominican conditioner. It has protein, silkening, and moisture locking agents in it which make the hair very strong, resilient, soft, and shiny. They have some at great prices at www.sickbay.biz or www.beautyofnewyork.com 2 of my favorite stores 
You can use it as a 3 minute conditioner or a 10 minute deep conditioner where you sit under a dryer or heat cap. Both work the same, but if you have damage to your hair it's probably best to use it as a deep condtioner.
