Silica Users??

I've been using silica for a month. My hair feels better. I found it at a health food store. I take one tablet a day, along with futurebioitics hair, skin, and nail vitamins.

Personally I find that with the silica that my hair is stronger but my nails are so thick and hard. I usually have very soft nails. Will continue to use it but biotin I find is much better for actual hair growth. Just my two cents.
