what programs are u guys usuing? i use photobucket and i never have a problem...pikistips are good too...

hey ladies, I was having the same problem then I had a ::duh:: moment 
... I realized that I didn't click the option on the right side that says insert sig pic. After you upload the picture there will be a blue link on the right hand side that says insert sig pic... when you click on this, it loads it into ur signature for u. I clicked it and it seems to be working now... HTH
