Side Effects of taking Silica?

Anyone ever experience new breakouts from taking Silica?

I never have.

But, i do take Biosil, which is a different kind of Silicone. I am not sure if that makes a difference.

As they say, BioSil Silicone is Si{OH}4 and other silica is SiO2.

But, I never got breakouts and I have been taking it for almost a year.
Actually, I thought that people report less breakouts with silica.

don't forget with some vitamins, you have to take it for 3 months to start seeing results.

Yeah, I had increased breakouts for the entire 4 months I was taking Silica.
Never again.
Most people only get them for about a week though.
