Go ahead with your plan and tell him on the 25th. You know how is and how he would act so would telling him sooner make it more unbearable? I don't understand what you mean by should you let go?

Unless you two want an open marriage and either of you don't mind the other cheating then stay. But I feel you have put up with his cheating long enough. I'm sure the times he was caught wasn't the only times. He was not serious about the marriage a long time ago. Time for both of you to move on.
 
Do you honestly think that he'll straighten up this one last time? You gave him chance after chance...I don't know, follow your heart but please take the past into consideration. History repeats without change and the change didn't come yet...
