Should I get braids at SL?

Hi ladies,

I was thinking about getting braids again, but most of my hair is either at or a little past shoulder length. I wanted to know if you all think it would be the right thing to get braids now? And if so, what type of braid should I get (no micros for me though) I want to get them as a sort of protective style. What do you think

I got braids when I was at that length.

I got individuals that were the width of a pencil and I had her braid down past the length of my hair to protect my ends. They came out cute and I retained a good amount of length.

I have gotten braids up to APL. Just make sure the extension on each braid is not too heavy
