wow! thanks a bunch. i thought i needed more protien. this is one of the reasons i really like being a part of this forum. i really am learning alot of good info for my hair. i'm glad i asked first before i did something harmful to my hair.

Its a light protein but it is very moisturizing. Its a creamy conditioner and give me softness and slip after I use it. Not to mention it smells great and the shampoo in this set is my staple poo.princessdi said:
