Shikakai powder and other Ayurveda products

How do you uise Shikakai powder, Amla Oil. I also bought AGE Ayurveda shampoo and conditioner, does anyone know anything about this shampoo and cond?

I have used the shampoo and found it to be very drying.

i mix it with aritha powder, and brahmi powder and do a tea rinse

Your hair is absolutely beautiful, is it natural or relaxed? I've been natural for 3 years. I've been flatironing more often and have some heat damage. Am trying to do something different to prevent any breakage.
