I FINALLY GOT IT!!!

I just got my Ayurveda products...I have the Shikakai Powder, Amla Powder and oils...I'm so happy I got them lol, does anyone have ideas on how to poperly use them & use with them?

also maybe u want to do a search, just write in ayurveda amla powder,
then another one with shikakai powder
I searched this up last week, and it helped me figure out what to do with them

You can also put in one of the LHCF members names in the search...Candy C who seems to be the current ayurvedic expert on the site, I personally found alot of information from her posts alone
