Shen Min vitamins.....

Has anyone ever tried these vitamins. I have read that they are great for hair growth. If you have tried them what was your experience. I am trying to decide on a hair vitamin. thanx

I used these for about 3 1/2 months a few years ago. I didn't notice any increased growth, but I wasn't really measuring my growth or anything. But I have heard that others have had good results with it.

I just started taking these last week. A friend of mine took hers for about a year and her hair grew from ear lenghth to armpit length in about a year and she swears by the stuff. On the bottle it says you must take consistantly for at LEAST 3-4 months.

Did she use the regular formula? I want to try the Shen Min Hair, Skin, Nails formula for women. I think you have to take 3 capsules a day.
