It's that time of year for me when I shed the most. I have the Aphogee Reconstructor and Aubrey Organics GPB conditioner. My question is how often can I safely use these products without damaging my hair?

So far I've used AO GPB 2 weeks in a row with nothing but stellar results. I can't wait to use it again this week!
