Shedding Question

Is a normal amount of shedding for 4 weeks? I am 13 weeks post relaxed and just took out box braids after 4 weeks. I'm freaking out because it looks like a lot of hair. Am I overreacting?

Depends on how long your hair is. if its mbl that might look like a lot but its not because the strands are long and balled up. If its SL that amount might be a worry.

Have you gone through ypur hair to see if theres a lot of breakage at the demarcation line? is it noticeably more thin than before the install?

Are there bulbs in the shed or does it look mostly broken?

My hair is MBL. I haven't notice any breakage yet. I'm under the dryer with a roller set, so I'm going to look further when it dries.
