shedding or normal hair change

I am a little confused. I need some help on this one. So the hairs that have the white looking bulb at the end is normal or is it bad? I counted about SEVEN of these today!!! Am I over reacting? Don't laugh

The ones with the bulb are normal but if you have broken pieces then thats breakage. 7 hairs IS NOT a lot at all( the average is between 50-100,I think), I wouldn't worry

I think my hair sheds more towards Spring. Seasonal shedding.
