I was wondering if anyone uses shea butter to seal instead of the usual oils (coconut, jojoba, olive oil). If so, please tell me what your results were. TIA. P.S. Sorry if this has been posted but I searched and came up empty
I use shea butter me and my daughter's hair more so for her hair because shea butter oil works better for me since her hair is thicker. When I use it I put it on my ends when I am bunning it, seals in the moisture and gives me that shine.
I use shea butter for sealing my ends. I love my results. The only thing is its tendancy to clump. So I have to be careful and make sure that I don't have any visible cream colored/coated hair sticking out.
