whats the best way to use shea butter? as a leave in or deep conditioner...and what do u mix it with..??

Sometimes I co-wash and than seal with Shea and Coconut Oil whipped together. It's one of the things I use to keep my hair soft.

I've used it as a deep conditioner mixed with AOHSR and I've used it as a moisturizer and sealer. HTH

You can melt it and add it to a DC that is lacking or enhance a good DC if your hair is extra dry. You can also you it to seal after moisturizing.

I just started using shea butter to seal after moisturizing and for twisting my hair. It leaves my hair soooooooooooooo soft:yep:. I don't know why I waited so long to try it. And a little bit goes a long way.

Cantu Shea butter can be used as both. It has good slip. I use it as a leave in.
