I believe the Shapely's is an oil and the Straight Arrow is a conditioner. The Straight Arrow would be more comparable to Mane n Tail.

2 totally different products, totally different companies, totally different purposes. Shapleys is the only MTG there is. You should do a search, lots of threads on both.
