Shaping your Afro!

Curious to know if any ladies have had their afro shaped and the benefits of doing so. I came across this marvelous picture of someone who went to a salon after having BSL and cutting/shaping it.

I'm in the San Francisco area and want to find a decent salon around here as well.

Hmmm...interesting! Never thought about shaping an afro that way, but I've seen some cutely shaped afros so I'm sure some ladies do get their afros shaped.

You dont' just have to have the perfectly round "Jackson 5"-shaped afro anymore lol.
