Shampoos for fine hair

Hello all, I can't seem to do a search on fine hair right now so I'll just ask and print out the thread. Sorry if this has been discussed already but my friend has fine short (ear length) hair. She has been working out 3-4 days a week and can't go as long as usual without washing it. This site messes with her PC so she can't read the board to find out herself.

What would be a good shampoo for her to use?

I would recommend Pantene Relaxed and natural shampoo and conditioner.

I have fine hair and it seems to keep my hair well conditioned. You should also suggest to her about doing conditioner only washes in between some of her workouts. That way she can get the sweat out without stripping her hair of essential oils.

Yeah she wont do conditioner washes. She said that's about ten shades of wrong, lol. But I will pass the recommendations to her!
