I have a Head cold but, cant go to work looking like buckwheat, any truth to the shampooing hair while sick will make you sicker???

I just know, ppl shouldnt wash their hair with cold water if they have a cold or flu........

well I think it depends on the person. I know me If I shampoo my hair and let it airdry when i have a cold (or even when I feel a little cold coming on) i wind up with the flu the next day.

and my mom washes her hair in the dead of winter and goes outside with it wet and never gets sick...

Viruses and bacteria make you sick not cold water or weather.
