Sew-In Weaves

Can any of you ladies help me out? I need to know how to put in a sew-in weave, but i dont know exactly how to go about it. I know that you have to cornrow the hair first, but when you get to the top of your hair, how do you close it in?

you may want to check out dontspeakdefeat's album (if I'm not mistaken). She shows how she created a sew in weave style.

(if it's not dontspeakdefeat someone else may be able to tell you who it is.
