She answers her email when she gives her clients breaks, so she's there for you. It's just her working on you - no other clients but you! She has a huge collection of movies for you to watch and a reclining leather chair if you want to take a nap while she does your hair. She even shared her Lemongrass Tofu with me She's a sweetie and very professional! As soon as I came in for my appointment, she got right to work! Hope this helps
