Ladies I could not deal with the itching anymore and I am on a tight budget so I picked up a bottle today and have yet to try it, It has aloe and moisturizers in it so thats a plus but I want to know if anyone used this and what were the results. My dominican stylist used head and shoulders in my hair yesterday and I must say that this shampoo surprised me alot, I loved it. I went to buy it today but ended up with the selsun blue bc my cousin had success with it in the past, what do u guys think?

Hmm... I would just say pay attention to how your hair feels afterwards b/c dandruff poos are known to be harsh on strands. I used Head and Shoulders and my hair felt like sandpaper afterwards so I stopped. Maybe Selsun will be better?

Did you just want to quell the itching or do you have dandruff also?

I have terrible dandruff and scince the weather changed it got worse, I even bruised my scalp a few times because It was itching so much. I liked the head and shoulders and my hair feels fine but then again I did get a blow out afterwards but thanks for responding Dolce, I will definetly pay attention to the texture of my hair after I use it.

I just looked and saw that you are color treated? Then yes, pls becareful w/your hair b/c you know you need moisture for your color.

Two tidbits- you may want to try Keracare's poo (either the hydrating or the one specifically for itchy scalp). The hydrating has helped my scalp TREMENDOUSLY.

Also, Aveda makes a Scalp remedy that comes in a brown bottle w/ a dropper in it. I was fed up w/my scalp issues (dandruff) and decided to try it and it honestly works. For me, anyway. It's 11.00 but you don't need to use a lot.

Anyhoo- Pls let us know how the Selsun works out!
