Self-Trimming 101

ETA: That's okay (concerning the original post). I know what I am doing wrong w/ the "search" function. Anyway, could someone suggest a good pair of shears/scissors for the trim. Also, if you have any self-trim methods that have worked for you, feel free to post. Thank you in advance.

I see that no one replied -- hopefully you've found your answer in the search.

I just started using LOGO Cricket shears that I got from Sally's. I make sure to keep them out of the bathroom (too much moisture) and the edges stay sharp.

I'm not the best trimmer, but I've found some great videos on Youtube that could help. If you are still looking for answers to this, I can post some of the youtube vids I liked
