Hello Everyone,
I'm new here although I've been lurking pretty hardcore for the past year or so. Either way I am wondering whether there is anyone here who has both Seborrheic Dermatitis and Low Porosity hair such as mine. If so, what's your reggie and how do you control it?
BTW my regimen is this
Wash once every 1-2 weeks with Black Soap Shampoo (a lady in my area makes it and it opens my cuticles)
I follow up with KeraCare Humecto conditioner (been a staple for years)
Then I spray on my leave in (water, vegetable glycerin and rosemary) and either seal with coconut oil or castor oil.
I usually keep my hair in a protective style after I stretch with either twist that dry overnight, braids that dry overnight, or a roller-set, which I've only done 2x thus far.
