SCARY QUESTION ABOUT MISS KEY 10 EN 1

I posted earlier asking how to use MISS KEY 10 en 1 super conditioner and super rinse. I began looking on the web for my own answer and came across an FDA Goverment website that states many Key Labororites products are unsafe. There is not much detail, but I will investgate further. Are any of you aware that the FDA considers many Miss Key products are unsafe? If yes please do tell. I did a search in Yahoo for miss key 10 en 1 hair conditioner and it was the first link to come up.

Is this the report that says the artificial coloring is unsafe? I tried to read the regulation they were referring to, but I couldn't unserstand it.

FYI--the colors in in the Super Rinse are Amarillo #5 and Rojo #2.

I've been using this for 2 years going on 3 .i've never had a problem that I can see

I've never had a problem with the rinse either. A lot of Miss Key products were listed.

Most for labeling errors. But a few said:

Reason: UNSAFE COL Section: 402(c), 801(a)(3); ADULTERATION
Charge: The article appears to be, or to bear or contain a
color additive which is unsafe within the meaning of Section 721(a).
