I make a hot tea and drink my vitamins. I add liquid B vitamins, MSM (in powder or I break open the capsules), and Acai to warm water, add a little crystal light (thanks to whoever recommended that) and bottoms up. The only exception is the MegaVitamin from Robin.

Sareca- I'm going to start doing this- thanks@!!!!!

I also chew my vitamins and drink with lots of water. But i think our bodies have digestive enzymes and stuff that break down foods and nutrients.

If it's a water soluble vitamin, such as B vitamins, there's nothing to worry about for the most part. What your body doesn't use, will be excreted. If it's a fat soluble vitamin, (i.e. Vit E, Vit K, Vit A), excess can be built up in the body. Usually your doctor will tell you to reduce the dosage to get back to normal.

Yup thats true. Also if your vitamins are not dissolving, its probably because they are full of fillers. Some brands are better than others, e.g i use Freeda Vitamins ( you can get them from www.koshervitamins.com), they are very potent and dissolve quickly, when i press the alfalfa down on my toung you can feel it starting to dissolve. If i was you, i wouldn't worry about the water soluble vitamins, they will cause no harm, its the fat soluble that would be the problem.
