Scared of My Clear Henna!!

Ok, soooo, I got my clear henna today but there is only one little problem...i'm afraid to use it !!! I'm afraid it will turn my hair green or something, does anyone know if this is likey ? My hair is a natural reddish blonde color. I know I could do a strand test but I'm still scared because i think that it wouldn't tell me if it would turn my head green as I wouldn't be using nearly as much to coat a strand as I would my whole head!! Also iwhen i do get the balls to use it should i condition after? Thanks

You can do a strand test on harvested hair. Collect hair from a brush or save your shed hairs.

I haven't used clear henna (Cassia Obovata), which, doesn't color hair. I've been using Body Art Quality (BAQ) Red Henna (Lawsonia Inermis) for approx. 8 months and absolutely love it.

I always use a moisturizing conditioner after I henna my hair.

Great idea except i don't brush my hair!! I try to stay away from the comb as well now. LMAO "don't be scared! Henna is fun!!"...but not if my hair is green...LOL !!! Thanks

Green hair sure won't fun! You could still save your shed hairs, even if you don't use a comb or brush.

i have very dry brittle hair and i am trying to steer clear of all heat and combing/brushing til it gets stronger and longer.

I don't comb or brush my hair when dry. I just collect shed hair from my shower and the floor of my bathroom for all henna testing.
