Hey ladies,
I really want to begin doing scalp massages but I have no idea how long to massage, or whether or not to use any oils

. I did a search for info but I came up empty. Please give me some advice on what to do and if possible your own success story

I think that a scalp massage is most effective when done for 5-10 minutes. Most of the ladies here that are doing daily scalp massages are using rosemary oil, coconut oil, jojoba oil, carrot oil, peppermint oil....or a mixture of several different oils. Some don't use any at all (myself included).

My sides were always trying to catch up with the rest of my hair. Since I started doing these daily...it has really helped them along. I also had a little thinning due to relaxers...and that section of my hair is filling in nicely too.
