Scalp Issues

Hey ladies. I'm experiencing what i would like to call a condition and was wondering if any of you have experienced it. My scalp seems to have these red scabs and some are brownish, sort of like the ones you get when you get burned by a relaxer but that isnt my case since i havent had a relaxer done since december. This isnt all over my head just 1 or 2 spots. Why is this and how can this be prevented or treated. Im not sure why my scalp would be irritated because im very gentle with my hair. Thanks in advance guys

Try listing some of the hair products you are currently using and see if someone can help you from there...also state when you started noticing this happening to your scalp would also be helpful.

I wash my hair with Creme of nature shampoo. I deep condition with Motion CPR and I condition with garnier Fructis. the red scab i just noticed recently but the brown scab is an on and off thing that I never worried about because it wasnt in excess.

*********Updating to correct a mistake above. My last relaxer was in August 2004, not December. Oops I dont know what I was thinking that made me write that.

Sorry to hear about this. What moisturisers are you using on your hair? Do you oil your scalp - if so what with?

Hey Meinzzfuture!

Are you a frequent scalp scratcher? I tend to get these spots on my scalp where I have recently scratched like one or two days later. I can't stand those little tingles (very annoying). Since I've learned that scalp sctaching was bad I have tried to rub (not vigerously) with my bas of my finger.
