I was checking the hair right by my center part last night ( this was the area that got the most relaxer when i did it myself last time in 2005) and it STILL feels crispy like it did when it was relaxed,, and i mean even the root area!!! when the heck is this gonna stop?:nono:,,, how could this be the relaxer still? anyone suggestions or possible explanation??

I understand your frustration with scab hair, as I went through it also after my BC, but maybe that part of your hair just isn't scab hair? After 2.5 years, it could just be the way your hair grows in that certain part. A lot of ladies have that "rough spot" that's just hard to deal (my crown is my toughest area), so that could be it.

My hair is hard and dryish like that too, right down the center part, close to the root. However I am relaxed. One thing I have started doing is oiling that center part, then parting my hair deep on the right or left. I think the hardness came from parting my hair down the center for so long.

After 2 1/2 years that can't be scab hair :nono: We usually have multiple textures maybe that spot is just a different texture than the rest of your hair. :perplexed :ohwell:

yep I have that too. Its been 4 years since I BC'd so I know for a fact that its not scab hair.

thanx guys,, so i gues my hair just sucks in that area and to think that was the main part i was applying relaxer to , im guessing its more fragile than the rest so i was really damaging it
