I could never find this in my local BSS. It is only $17.99 and like $2.00 for shipping. It is actually cheaper for me to order them online than buy them locally.

Yeah it is meaning it is similar to a full wig. You can wear it as a half wig or a full wig. I like to wear it as a half wig but upside down.
