I am getting ready to purchase henna for both coloring and conditioning benefits. I want a reddish undertone. I have APL hair and I plan on doing this weekly for the next 3 months. How much should I buy? Should I buy Jamila? Which site do you trust the most as far as shipping? Henna for Hair or the Jamila online store? Thank you so very much for any info you share. Ciao.

I use Jamila exclusively. I've tried a couple of brands and it's my favorite. I got my last crop from here http://www.mehndiskinart.com/hair_henna_dye.htm, but either Catherine or any of her supplies will work.

Remember to have a good moisturizing conditioner on hand.

Lady Esquire: How long have you been using the Minoval and what have your results been? Do you mix it with anything? Are you using the liquid dropper Minoval product or a pomade?
