Sapote Oil questions

I used it once. I was hooked. Just made my hair feel great. Soft, smooth, just wonderful.

I haven't touched the stuff since. Trying to hold onto it forever, pricey.

May order from Pura this week.

Ummm that Sapote?

BOY! It's nice! I use it to twist my hair in the big twists each night to maintain the style in my siggy. No build up. Soft, shiny hair. It has really helped to maintain the moisture from the CTDG that I used on Thursday.

Today is TUESDAY!

The next time I order from PBN, I'll definitely be adding a full-sized bottle. If you've ordered from them recently, you should be able to get 15% off now until April.

Let me not forget to mention, I love hair products that smell great, this one does not. But the results are good enough for me to continue using at the risk of having weird smelling hair.

I mix it with other oils to make pomades and balms. I am goind to try it by itself sometime.

I was in Mexico city and I bought it here. It is quite common there, they even sell it in the markets. Normally it should solidify in the fridge. The one I bought from the Sonora market didn't so I knew it wasn't the real deal.
The oil from Cosmotienda is of good quality, I don't know how hard it is to order from Mexico. It smells of bitter almond.

If you can't find it you could look in Mexican shops. It's called aceite de mamey or aceite de hueso de mamey and Mexicans use it to grow hair (or moustache, or beard).
