I made my purchase on Sep 3, and today is Sep 19 and still no word, I used paypal, and sent them an email to find out last week but didnt get a response. Could it be that they are out of stock, and if so they could have sent an email or something

no, they aren't out of stock. I ordered mine last thursday and I got it saturday. Try calling them.

yeah i just recd mine and i ordered mine like sept 9th and recd it on sept 15th or 16th

I had the same problem with them, I called and the man said that they were having problems w/ the delivery company UPS or Fed-Ex.

Thanks ladies I just called, and apparently they are having problems with Paypal orders, some come in and some dont, I dunno why I didnt use my credit card instead. Hopefully it should be straigthened out and I'll get it this weekend.

I ordered mines on August 22 and they called me the next day to tell me that they were out of stock. I received mines this past Friday September 16th. So, I think they are out of stock. You need to call them.

b/c if the same thing had happened w/your debit or CC# (and it can), you'd be worried sick that someone was going to wipe you out. Keep using paypal!

I ordered mine on the 28th (Sunday). They called me the next day to tell me they were out of stock on the 8 ounce (what I ordered) but they could send me 2 4ounces instead. The 2 bottles were a little more than the 1 8 ounces but I went ahead b/c I figured, like everything else that gets airplay on the hair boards , they will be sold out soon. So my guess is they are running low on stock and filling more orders than normal...

I received the 2 bottles a couple days after that. I have been using the product and it gets a definite THUMBS UP from me on moisture for hair. I made a butter out of the black castor, shea, glycerine, and coconut oil. And it is HEAVENLY. My best homemade butter to date!!!
