SalonsRUs Hair Steamer

I just received my steamer from SalonsRUs and I'm not sure if it's operating correctly. Is everybody who owns it experiencing a lot of steam coming out of the hood or do you not really see the steam at all. I'm experiencing the latter. It's pretty warm in the hood but it's not super-hot and I don't really see any steam in, or coming out of, the hood. The steam also doesn't seem to really reach the lower parts of the back of my hair. I keep both switches flipped on so it's 620W.

What are your experiences?

I have the steamer its great..The first one I received started to act up the 3rd time I used it, making noise and no steam was coming out if any. I called the number on the site and the guy was really cool about it he sent me out a new steamer I got it in a week!! Its works great Ive had it for about 4 months now. I would call them and explain the issues they will probably send you out a new one. HTH
